I NEED ANSWERS

Hey so I have the paragard IUD I got it 6 weeks postpartum while I was on my period, and I just got my next period yesterday. Like for a week before my cycle I was having like light pink and brown discharge! Now its day 2 of aunt flow and I feel like my uterus is gonna fall out! This happen to anyone else?
