kyleena iud

i’ve had the kyleena iud for about a year & have had no issues with it. i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (he’s been tested) and we just use the pull out method along with my iud as birth control. so does it make the risk greater of pregnancy to do away with pulling out & just rely on my kyleena iud as birth control ? opinions & guidance pls !!
