Is back pain and pelvic pain a sign of labor. I’ve been in preterm labor for 2 weeks and they told me to come in when my contractions get every 5 mins but I am having soo much back pain and pelvic pain and period like cramps that I’m in tears. (My pelvis feels like I’ve been riding a horse for days.) but my contractions in the front are frequent but I’d say 1 every 20 min.

This is different from 2 weeks ago. I was contracting in my back and stomach every minute. Does this sound like early labor? I’m not sure I can handle much more of this pain.
