Losing Weight
So I’ve been consistently going to the gym for the past 2 months but I’m not noticing a difference in weight. I also cut back a lot on eating junky and unhealthy food. I don’t get enough water but I’m working on that part. I thought by now I would’ve lost a few pounds but I haven’t lost a single pound. Crazy, Right? I see a difference in how my clothes are fitting me but I’m just tired of weighing what I weigh. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
