Just when you think they can’t get any worse your covered in them. NOTHING, I mean NO THING has worked to keep my stretch marks under control and I have tried everything! I’m so very grateful to be pregnant with my son since I lost my first son last year at 5 months preggo. So yes, I’ll take the marks for the perfect gift on the other end.

However, I’d be lying if I didn’t feel some type of way. I couldn’t have EVER imagined that they would get this bad! Painful even. Women will say you earned your stripes, or they are beautiful! Truth is, I don’t feel beautiful 😣. Yes I’ve earned them. I’m growing this sweet baby boy. But I don’t feel like they’re a badge of honor. My baby is. Who thinks scars are a badge of honor?!

This is going to be a journey for me. I am a confident woman. I’ve always loved my body, FLUFF and all! I’ve always embraced my flaws. These are just going to take a little while longer to

wrap my head around. Big change to this 38 year old body that I’ve been used to 😔
