Should I go to the hospital?

I been having contractions since around 9pm to 11pm but wasn’t really timing them.. I went to sleep and woke up around 2am with more contractions. They aren’t painful just mild cramping.. should I go to the hospital or ???

I say yes. My contractions were only mild cramping, but they weree under 5 min apart and thats why i went in. Lo and behold i was 8cm dilated and water broke soon after.  Everyone has different pain tolerance, id go just to be safe because they are close together

Not sure why people say no automatically. Everyone is different in terms of the intensity they feel during labor. Many people can't even talk through contractions, but certainly not all. At the very least I'd call.

I mean yes probably if it’s been that long just to check your cervix. Could be a case of sending you home or you’re already dilated you never know. I would get checked!

my last pregnancy I was having very regular contractions for a few hours but still very "comfortable" in labour mine were 3 minutes apart lasting about a minute at least phoned up and was told as they comfortable to wait an hour to see how they were but my partner was like no we not waiting so got stuff sorted aka getting my mum to pick son up from school and bags etc into car and were off to the hospital still comfortable contractions but as soon as got out car at the hospital they got worse to the point I couldn't walk through them and had baby a few hours later literally about 3-4 hours later ... got to hospital about 4pm (maybe just before hospital only half hour away in general but we had to get through school run traffic) but got room around 15 mins later and they checked me was 4cm gas and air started about 630pm (going by what nurses said I had been there a couple of hours)was given pethadine (don't know when but didn't have time to work) and had baby at 747pm

You can try a bath or long shower, if it helps, it is not the real thing. I had similar contractions with my first baby and the hospital told me to stay at home and try a bath/shower, it helped so I didn’t go anywhere.

Id say stay home and try to relax/rest. They aren’t real labor contractions unless you have trouble breathing through them is what my ob said. She said real contractions are hard to breath and walk through. Good luck though! Maybe they will turn into more for you.
