BIGGER BOOBS?

So I know a friend of mine since 8th grade and she always was a flat chested and no butt girl. Suddenly after a couple of years, now I’m in 4th year of university...I saw her pictures and her boobs are huge and has an ass...! Can this actually happen naturally...? Pictures of her high school prom already had huge boobs so I personally don’t think is legal to have surgery...or am i wrong? I’m so confused

Perfectly normal and she probably worked hard to get her butt bigger.

Some go through puberty later. Butt can be gained through working out

She could definitely had had a growth spurt.
Some people do actually have cosmetic surgery before the age of 18 (unethical to me depending on the type of surgery).
Otherwise it could have just been padding.
If not padding, some people have saline injected directly into the breast. They call it the 24 hour boob job because the saline gets absorbed into the body.

I was FLAT chested and had no butt up until graduation. Seriously, I was barely an A. I started getting boobs and a butt that summer.
