NEED ANSWERS PLEASE

So my husband and I are newbies to conceiving. Last month was our first try and we had sex every day for a week during ovulation. Later my friend told me it’s better to do it every OTHER day. So this month I started doing it every other day. However we had sex last night and I found out I’m ovulating TODAY. Would it hurt or help to have sex again tonight? Or should I wait until tomorrow again?

Please help 😩 so confused.
