Has anyone experienced ovulation where you feel like you’re having mini contractions ?

This is my second day on my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">ovulation calendar</a> and I feel like my whole lower back is being torn up from side to side . Also having some mild cramping .

I had a odd “period” this past week where I only bleed for 2 days but it was clots and the rest I only bleed when I peed and it was such a tiny amount .

I usually have a 7 day period and the first few days are heavy and the rest pretty average .

But the way I feel is when I got pregnant with both my kids .

I haven’t taken a test yet , but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this before hand
