Does any one else's 2 year old hate being cleaned in their privates while having their diaper changed???

My 2 year old recently flips out when I have to change her diaper or in the shower when I wash her lady parts .. anyone else experiencing this? I'm honestly scared someone may have done something to her.. I moved into my Mother in law's house recently and don't trust her husband but I've never left her alone with him and she doesnt have any other signs of abuse, she's no fearful, no difficulty sleeping, so signs of trauma.. but her not wanting to be cleaned seems weird to me? And one else experiencing this or has in the past?
