70%+ Dark chocolate, no. Milk chocolate or chocolate with added caramel, nougat or other candied things like marshmallows or sweetened peanut butter, its candy

It depends. M’n’M’s are chocolate candies, and I call them candy, but they still fulfill my craving for chocolate. A Hershey’s bar, I usually just call chocolate but kind if consider it candy.

Unless it’s baking chocolate yes. I only eating 72%+ dark chocolate and I still consider that candy
