You can’t tell just by a picture. They’d have to take measurements to tell you. I thought my daughters looked low too, but nope. Perfect levels throughout the whole pregnancy.

There are only a series of fluid pockets that the measure. It doesn’t look like the baby is in a bubble. With my 3rd I had polyhrdomneos (too much fluid) and even with too much they had to measure it. If it was low they would have told you because it gets measured with each ultrasound anyway.
