I’m 8wks and 1day. I haven’t been to the doctor yet and it’s not scheduled for a couple more weeks. I’ve hardly had any symptoms and I don’t really feel pregnant. I spot after sex and after an orgasm with no penetration. There is never blood left in my underwear. A week or so ago I had brown discharge but it was only there for that day, and I had no cramping with it, was just told it’s my body letting old fluid leave (this discharge was a night after masturbating).

Anyway, I’m SOOO afraid of having a silent miscarriage. I dread going to the doctors in fear they’re going to tell me my baby has no heartbeat. I would be completely lost and would go completely downhill. What is the likelihood of this happening?
