38 weeks 2 days

Had my appointment today and got my cervix checked for the first time, doctor said baby is nice and low but covering the cervix so she couldn’t check to see if I’m dilated or do a membrane sweep that I so desperately wanted. Does anyone know what I can do to start labor? 😩 I have to wait another week until hopefully she does a membrane sweep and that starts labor but I’d like to know if there’s anything I can do or ways to have her be able to get to the cervix next appointment?
