Is $40 a lot for 4 Easter Baskets?

I made 3 of them and I bought one for almost $10 already ready. But yes the other 3 I did them myself I added alot of items to all baskets. I went by what they like for example i bought my daughter coloring books, crazyon box, bubbles, gummies etc...... and the other ones were baby stuff I got a lot of my items at the dollar store you’d be surprised of how many items they have they’re. But I’m proud first time making them

I spent about $40 Ian on each kid. So around $130 total. $40 is for sure reasonable, for me anyways.

I do the same.  I dont even really care what the cost is.. its so fun to see their delight. I dont like my little ones to have alot of candy, so i do as you did.  .. fill with art supplies, small games , chalk and bubbles  !!

Love ! My son is 8 and all he wants is vbucks for fortnite skins 🙄 
I always make my own baskets , the pre made  ones aren’t personal enough and half the stuff in it I found he didn’t like .

I don’t think the cost matters. It’s the smile on your sweet babies faces when they see what the Easter Bunny brought special just for them! I understand it would be outrageous to spend over $100 or something, but you get what you saying. If you feel like you have the money to buy as much as you want then do it Mama! Our babies only get to be little once & you only get to do these fun things for them for a short while. 💗💗

I don't think it is that much it is whatever you can afford or want to splurge though. Though I will say it makes a lot more sense to fill your own basket then buy those premade bs baskets those aren't worth the cost IMO.
