Hot and cold flashes at night

Anyone experiencing hot and cold flashes at night? Its awful! Theres no sleep! So uncomfortable. Cold like im literally in a fridge, and hot like im physically sweating! Is this normal? All happens one after another. Ugh.....so exhausted!
