Nervous First time mom

I’m 6 weeks today! So I’ve been having random spotting since 4 ish weeks. 4 weeks and 6 days I got blood taken and then at 5 weeks and three days. So they told me at 5 weeks and two days my hCG was 1,300 then went up to 3,100+. Okay cool so I’m still randomly spotting. They said it’s normal as long as I’m not filling up pads. I don’t know I’m just nervous. Is anyone else going through this/ already have? I also don’t even get to hear the heart beat until I’m 9 weeks and 6 days...
