I had sex 3 days ago. He went back and forth between front and back door. Is it possible to get an infection from that? Like no itchiness, no pain, just white discharge...

Discharge is normal throughout your cycle unless there's a smell. You most likely will get a UTI or yeast infection from that though since you got fecal bacteria into your vagina. Use a new condom each time you go back and forth to prevent that.
