Irregular periods
Any tips on how to get my periods back regular?! I have an under active thyroid which could be the reason for my irregular periods (2-3 a year), I am now on levothyroxine and have been for the past week. Hopefully given some time on this medication my periods could become more regular but does anyone have any tips on how I can assist this?
