Is tuna safe to eat during pregnancy? All I want is tuna with onions and pickles on the side 😋😋

Yes. The only issue is mercury levels, so don't eat it every day.

You can look up your body weight and see how often you can eat it. I have a tuna sandwich once a week! There are also some mercury free tunas out there (they are tested for mercury content) but they are expensive and hard to find

Don’t eat albacore tuna. Well you can, but a lot less than regular light canned tuna.

It’s good for you during pregnancy. Canned light tuna is a low mercury fish. The FDA recommendation says you can eat up to 12 oz of low mercury fish a week.
