Miscarriage or clot?

I’ve been having REALLY bad pain and some pretty bad mood swings/sadness which isn’t normal for me. Today this came out. Did I have a miscarriage or is it just a blood clot?

If you’re pregnant anytime you have bleeding it can be a possibility that you’re miscarrying. Call your doctor and let them know.
