I went to get my B12 injection two weeks ago and said I felt like my iron was low, she did my bloods while there and they came back fine I was a bit shocked as I have always struggled with iron levels since being B12 def, I saw my midwife this Tuesday and she did the normal bloods I didn’t think anything of it but got a call today to say my haemoglobin is 107 and I need meds I pick them up and I am on 400mg of ferrous sulfate! That seems a high dose??? Should I be worried?
