Yeast infection help

I have a sinus infection and they prescribed me an antibiotic that I have taken for 3 days and I have a RAGING yeast infection. My vagina is on fire!!! My doctor also gave me 3 yeast infection pills that I can only take every other day so I can't take another until tomorrow. My first question is do I have to continue the antibiotics? I'm starting to feel better and the nasal spray I'm using is doing a good job keeping me cleared up. Second question... Any home remedies to help with the symptoms of a yeast infection until these pills finally kick in?
