Is my blood pressure ok ?

I went to heb to check my blood pressure and it was at 154/90 , is this ok? My blood pressure is usually always at 133/80 
I’m just worried what can I do to lower it down I got acared and been crying lol :/ my boyfriend just called me a drama queen which made it worst

I would take it a second time to make sure that was accurate. If it was then you should call your doctor. I’m definitely not a doctor but I do know that hypertension is a big deal, and even more so during pregnancy. Your doctor will be able to give you more information and let you know how to proceed. I don’t know if that blood pressure warrants a trip to the ER but your doctor will be able to tell you.

That is too high. Call your OB. They’ll likely want to have you go into L&D for monitoring. Speaking from experience with past 2 pregnancies and high BP. 150s or higher over 90s or higher is the danger zone.

Lay down on your left side for a while and then take it again. If it doesn’t come down under 140/90 you should call.

That is a bit high but they may just consider it gestational hypertension. When I was in labor I had it. Sometimes it can be a sign of preeclampsia but if the doctor wasn’t concerned you’re probably okay.
