Ovaries are being squeezed?!?

On 5mg Femara and it feels like someone is squeezing my ovaries!!! Third day of pills. Totally different than cramps. I’m wondering if this is a bad reaction and I should call my doctor in the morning?!

I switched to letrozole from clomid this month and I feel the same way. On cd13 and can't even sit comfortable. I feel like I have golf balls in there. I'm anxious for my scan tomorrow as I usually only hit 18mm around cd18-19. I even have ewcm today. Hopefully all good signs. Baby dust and luck to you!

I just completed a 7 mg daily dose of Femara/Letrozole and it felt like I was punched in the lower abdomen for a week. Receiving the trigger shot made it worse too. I hope you feel better soon!
