Burning (Icy/Hot) Sensation Right Ovary

I am currently TTC. I am 9 days past ovulation. I do ultrasound and I have a large simple cyst on my right ovary. (I've had many in the past) It has been a bit painful but nothing too bad. Tonight however, I began experiencing a completely new symptom. I have a burning sensation over my right ovary. It feels like someone put ICY/HOT on my ovary (I know that sounds crazy) and it almost feels like a pressure/pulling sensation. It isn't painful, just uncomfortable. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Anyone know what it could mean?
