I'll be 10 weeks pregnant on Monday I've had a killer headache since yesterday what can I take for it?

I feel you I’ve been getting really bad bad headaches  to were it feels like my head is going to fall off . Most pregnant women can safely take acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) to treat occasional headaches. Your health care provider might recommend other medications as well. Make sure you have the OK from your health care provider before taking any medication, including herbal treatments.

I get a lot of headaches and worry about taking too much medication even if it’s “safe”. I use peppermint essential oil on the back of my neck and temples and a lot of times that does the trick.

Tylenol never worked for me but I would lie in a dark room and close my eyes for a couple hours and try not to move too much. No screens. Sometimes it would help, but occasionally not. Hang in there!! The first trimester headaches suck.

My doctor gave me magnesium oxide because Tylenol wasn’t working

I had THE WORST headache yesterday and it lasted all day even though I took two doses of Tylenol. Ended up just going to bed shortly after getting home from work. Felt better today. Good luck—it’s terrible! And I never get headaches!
