Fast urine stream? Postpartum

So...1 week and 5 days PP and I'm realizing that my stream is so freaking fast and heavy. On top of that I've noticed that when I have to go, my clit feels like tender and swollen. So last time I went I tried to stop my flow and omg... y'all I couldn't or BARELY did. Anyone else experience this? Anything I can do besides kegels? I've been trying to remember to do them every day but...yeah.

Omg you’re the first person I’ve seen write about this but I’m experiencing it too! I wish I could tell you how to make it stop but honestly I’m two weeks and a day and it hasn’t gotten better. Did you have a catheter with an epidural? I did and I feel like that’s why mine is jacked up.

I’m 5 days pp and if I get up too fast I pee myself. Did you have a catch? I think that’s my issue
