Prenatals?

Which prenatal pills/gummy’s are you taking?  I feel like a crazy person googling all the ingredients and making sure the pills have all the recommended doses. So far, there seems to be no “perfect” pill. Please let me know what you are using.

I'm using the mama bird from best nest wellness...that's what my nutritionist recommended.  I take a seperate DHA

My GP said that as long as it had iodine and folic acid that was all that most people need. Anything else is more based on individual needs (I already take vitamin d for example) or waste of money.

I take a spring valley prenatal. I decided on this one because it was available at my store and i liked the amount of iron it contained. Anemia is an ongoing problem for me.

Pregnacare plus. They have recommended amounts of folic acid and vit D along with lots of other things for a healthy pregnancy. I take them daily 😊
