Rock n' play recall?

Question

Did you guys see the recall for Fisher price rock n' play? It seems that they are pulling the product completely and telling people to not use them. 
It seems that all the issues stem from babies rolling over without the belt locked in place. 
I have a 1 month old who still can not roll over and I'm debating on still using mine. 
Are you guys planning on still using the rocker / what are your thoughts?

The fault lies with negligence on the part of the parents. Not the product.

Only 10 of the 32 reported deaths were caused by unrestrained babies rolling over, in the other 22 deaths the baby was properly restrained. One baby was only 9 days old, he did not roll over, another 2 month old was found after being in the seat 3 hours, on her back, perfectly buckled in. They died of positional asphyxiation. Positional asphyxiation is the same reason why you aren't supposed to leave children sleeping in a carseat when it's not in the car. The product is not safe, Fischer Price marketed the product as a safe sleep space, it does NOT meet safe sleep guidelines, despite Fischer Price saying it adheres to all safety guidelines. Even if the manual says that it isn't for overnight sleep, they marketed it as a sleeper, even put the words "sleep all night long " on the box. They knew they wouldn't sell as well if they marketed it for what it is, an expensive chair that can only be used for 3 months.That is a complete bait and switch and they made millions by compromising babies safety. They absolutely share part of the blame for the deaths. The product should absolutely be recalled and pulled off shelves until they rebrand and re market the product. And anyone who bought the product under the assumption that it was a safe sleep environment (since it said so right on the box) should be compensated. Anyone who wants to continue to use the product should only use it for short periods of time, and only when baby is being supervised.

They are recalling them due to the not being safe for sleep yet they marketed them for sleep. 
If used while strapped in, AWAKE and supervised baby should be ok. The risk of allowing a baby to sleep in the inclined position greatly increases the chance of positional asphyxia (even while supervises) in babies under 3 months

No I am not, I'm not even going to risk it one tiny bit. I seen someone post it yesterday and I grabbed the box and took it back got my money back and got some more needed baby supply. 
Regardless of "supervising" I am not will risk my chds life.

Its been implicated in 32 deaths and only a third of those were unrestrained. I would not use it.

Even if notrolling over the baby can suffer from positional asphyxia. A baby should sleep flat. Not on an incline.

I thought about keeping it up until now that is officially recalled. Not worth it. Get your money back and get something else. Even if you have had yours for over 6 months you can get a voucher.

I already gave mine away (not even knowing about the recall, just didn’t plan on having another so soon), but I would totally use it if I still had it! My son loved his as a baby and napped in it so much. Never had issues because I never used it past when he could crawl, only for maybe 3/4 months (he didn’t crawl until around 8 months).

My LO slept in it for about 1 month straight, every night. As long as you have your LO strapped in and cannot roll over yet I think its safe. We dont use ours anymore because at 3 months we transitioned to the crib.

I am frustrated with this recall because now my mother-in-law wants us to stop using it altogether. The deaths were due to parents not watching their babies while they are in them. We never leave him unattended in it. These things are the best for naps during the day and I think we’re going to have to stop using it now to avoid judgement.
