My baby made 1 week old yesterday and I was admitted into the hospital for 72 hrs for an infection in my uterus. 😥😥 4 days after delivery I started getting achy at night but I ignored it and thought it was bc I was doing too much bc it was only at night on night 6 my lower abdomen started hurting bad I took it as me being constipated the next morning I was in so much pain I decided to go to the dr they told me go to the er they drew blood and did a pelvic exam and dr came back in and said I had to be admitted for iv antibiotics bc I had an infection I just started crying I didn't want to be away from my week old baby and I was so scared that I waited too long to get to a hospital I'm on my 4th bag of antibiotics and the pain is already soooooooo much better thank God if after you deliver your baby if you start to feel bad listen to your baby and contact your dr I was going to wait until Monday thank God I didn't wait any longer
