Weight Loss Progress!


I just had to share this with someone but wasn’t comfortable doing that on Facebook haha!

When I got pregnant with my son in 2017 I weighed about 170 pounds, which was overweight, I’m 5’4”.

When I went into labor with my son I was 201 😳🤦🏼‍♀️

My husband got a new iPad back in March 2018, about 1.5 months after I gave birth and I was just sad with myself(he was amazing and so supportive though didn’t see what I saw). Here’s the picture, I was about 175 again

I’m actually debating posting this after putting this picture in 😔

Anyways...after this picture I decided I wanted to start eating healthier and I cut out all sugar and stayed pretty low carb for the most part, I’m breastfeeding currently also I think that had a big impact on the weight loss. Well fast forward to about a week ago, I decided it was finally time for me to step back on a scale and see what I weighed...

140 pounds!! It’s not where I want to be yet but man do I feel amazing! I do need to start working on getting some muscles and my butt back though.

This was me the other day for my husbands birthday 😊

If anyone has any good workout routines let me know!! 🙂
