Who else has picky babies?!

Question

My daughter is 3 months old and has never ever taken a soother and has taken 2 bottles total (she’s breast fed but I try to leave her with the hubby some times but apparently that just isn’t possible cause she needs the boob). Does anyone have any suggestions for getting her to accept either of these things? Bottle is more important! We’ve tried multiple different styles but she doesn’t even give them a chance. She does suck on them at all, just chews them screams. Any help would be appreciated

My son was boob only. My 3 month old daughter takes only soothie paci and latch bottles, but is mostly just breastfed.

Mine does not take a bottle or a soother. sucks because I was supposed to go back to work but that’s just not happening right now 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do love it in a way though. But the only time we can get her to take the bottle a little is by we keep squeezing the milk in her mouth a little with it and after a while of fussing she will take it for a little bit but never a whole bottle and it’s such a hard time

We tried 7 different bottles. She would take them a couple of times then refuse them. She finally took the mam bottles and liked them even better when we went to the stage 2 nipples since she was almost 3 months old. She still was finicky about it. It took me actually going back to work not knowing if she would eat before she would take them consistently. The first day was stressful and rocky but after the first week she was doing great. So for us it took level 2 nipples, a lot of bottles in a row, and me being nowhere around!

We went through 3 different brands of bottles and 4 different brands of pacifiers until we found ones she will take. For the bottle we started with avent, then tommee tipee and then finally Dr Browns which she will take. I think some babies just have certain preferences and it just takes some work to find the right fit for their individual needs.

Have you tried baby brezza or tommee tippee? They have  a wider nipple like breast. My baby takes both

My first would take the soother or bottle either. We spent sooo much on different bottles and nothing worked. He wanted the boob only. This guy is taking both but the bottle less and less. Hope he doesn't stop completely.
