6th month on Clomid

So for the past 6 months I’ve been on Clomid with no success yet. This past month was my 6th month. I had an HCG shot paired with clomid on this month. I have been extremely regular to the exact day and time of day for the past 6 months. As of yesterday, I was supposed to start in 6 days. I started spotting yesterday and thought maybe implantation bleeding?? Then this morning it’s heavier than yesterday and just a light flow. Cramping has not been as bad and I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on... Does HCG injection make you start earlier if you ovulate earlier? Has this happened to anyone?
