If you had your period it is not implantation bleeding as that only happens before AF is due. Its probably mid cycle spotting from getting close to ovulation

Was this period on the 8th when you expect it to be or was it early? Implantation bleeding is pretty uncommon for how often it is talked about on here. Take a test, if that was implantation you could get a positive by now.
