Anyone go on a baby moon? If so, where did you go?

I’m thinking of going on one at some point in my second trimester. Ideally would like to go to my favorite island in the Caribbean. Curious to see if others did this, where did you go? And how was it traveling while pregnant? This is my first!

We went to a little B&B a couple hours from home. I was 29 weeks.

We are doing Vegas mainly cause it’s cheaper, short flight so a nice long weekend and mama can lay by the pool while daddy can go drink, gamble, etc. Very excited just for a getaway and to relax before babes comes!

We stayed in the US. I wanted to go back to the Carribean but most places still have Zika and that’s no bueno to go. And I was about 24/25 weeks

We just went to a big city 2hrs away and went swimming at the hotel, ate a fancy dinner, did some shopping and went home. We didn’t want to spend a large amount of money on a trip when that money could be used for baby items/formula/diapers/etc. We had a blast and no stress from being far away or what to pack! We are going on a short 3 day vacay with our 1yr old before baby #2 comes. We are going to the beach to visit family we haven’t seen in years so they can meet our daughter before we never travel again lol. No need to be extravagant!

Mine is planned for 8 weeks before my due date so we aren’t going too far. 
We live in Nashville and will be going to Gatlinburg staying in a suit enjoying each other’s company.

We went to gulf coast Florida because it was warmer than home and a cheap and easy, direct flight. Just be sure to stay hydrated on the flight and walk around every hour to keep your blood moving. It was totally worth it even though we could only sneak away for a few days!

We went to the Bahamas when I was 23 weeks. It was amazing!

Bahamas is really the only Caribbean island without Zika right now. That’s where I wanted to go but we just didn’t have time for a long trip. We’re getting a cabin in the woods at Hocking Hills State Park for a few days with our pup.

We're going at 27/28 weeks. My family is having a big holiday at a lake house in Oklahoma.
