Femara success stories???💖

Question

I’ve been on femara (letrozole) 2.5mg CD3-7 for 4 rounds... we got pregnant on our 3rd round and it ended in a chemical pregnancy. 
Well, this month is now our 5th round and my doctor increased the dosage to 5mg CD3-7
Hoping for my BFP I got a strong + opk today
Anyone have any success stories??

We did one monitored round at 5mg cd2-6 with trigger on cd 14. I had one mature follicle and it worked! Good luck!

I conceived a month after a miscarriage with Femara 1st try. I had 9 failed cycles of clomid.  I’m currently 7 weeks 5 days
