Should I take the morning after pill?

Okay, so my period is thirteen days late, and i have all the symptoms of it coming. Sensitive boobs, acne, and bloating. Last night i hooked up with a guy. We didn’t have sex, but he wanted to at first so his penis was inside me at one point. I said no and he kinda rubbed it on my vagina during points of the night.

My question is, what is the likelihood of me getting pregnant? Should i take the morning after pill? Does the fact that my period is late mean that my ovulation is off?
