Did you have contractions before loosing your mucus plug, bloody show, and water breaking?

With my first, yes. With my second, no.

Those three might be very different in timing my contractions started half a day after losing my mucus plug. I had my bloody show about an hour after contractions started and my water broke when I pushed my baby out.

My water didnt break with any of mine. One they broke my water at 5cm one at 6cm and one at 7cm. I was dilating and having contractions but my water has never broke on its own

My water didn’t break with my first until my midwife broke it at 9.5cm. My second broke while I was pushing her out

Thought I had bloody show but it ended up being a placental abruption. Luckily it healed itself. Went into labor naturally 24 hours later and had my bloody show about an hour after contractions started. Water broke 10 hours after labor started and I’ve been stuck at 1 cm for 18 hours 😑 they finally let me have an epidural after my water broke because I’m only 38 weeks and they were trying to tell me I wasn’t in labor. I can’t have narcotics/opiates. My cervix hates me
