My stomach dropped?

So I been paying attention to my belly and I’m just like “when am I ever gonna drop?” But then I remembered my doctor checked me a week ago for dilation, I was 1 cm & he said he felt the baby’s head extremely low, doesn’t that mean right there that my belly has dropped if that makes sense? Because if my belly wasn’t dropped how would my baby be that low ? Someone help me lol
