I’m a FTM and 37+4. Yesterday and today I’ve had a couple episodes where it feels like period cramps in the front lower part of my belly, spreading across my crotch and bum (sorry!!). BUT, there’s no noticeable start or end. They vaguely start and fade away. I’ve noticed an uptick in BH but I don’t know what ‘real’ contractions feel like 🙈 It seems like my tummy is always tight so I don’t notice any tightening. The cramps aren’t so bad that they distract me...I was able to watch TV and totally forgot about them. When they stop I feel an almost warm, relaxed feeling in my belly. Like an endorphin dump or something. Are these contractions or something else?!
