Help! Tips to sleep on your side???
Hi everyone!!! I’m a little over 15 weeks and was told by my doctor that I shouldn’t sleep on my back once I hit 14 weeks. I’m a total back sleeper and have had a hard time adjusting. I got a pregnancy pillow but so far it hasn’t helped. I am constantly waking up on my back. Any tips on how to trick my body into sleeping on my side???
