Lacking motivation

Before i got with my husband i worked my ass off and lost 50lbs. I went to the gym 4-5 days a week, i ate healthy, i finally was learning to love myself. Then my husband became part of my life and i started to work out less and less, he loved me for me. We got married and pregnant the same month. We have a beautiful son together but im still 30lbs over my prepregnancy weight. My baby will be 1 next month. I know how to get to where i want to be but at what point do i decide ive had enough and I'm going to do it again? The day to day struggle is rough when ive got a husband, a 13yr old and a 1yr old. Making family meals to fit all our needs is a true struggle. Any tips or tools my fellow women out there can throw my way?
