Frat formal help

Hey so I’ve never been to any formal, especially one on a yacht, and need advice on an outfit/hair/make up. Thats me and the dress I plan on wearing. Too fancy?Ideas for hair/make up? Shoes? My hair is a few inches below my collar bone. All the help in the world would be appreciated!!
