UPDATE: Doctor confirmed it is eczema. Thank you all for your comments. 
Original Post: 4 month old baby. he has an appointment in the morning with his pediatrician, but figured I’d ask here in the meantime. I’ll update tomorrow with what the doctor says.

I see some commenting about ringworm. Ringworm rash is typically around an inch. This seems way too big for ringworm but I am not a doctor. I’ll be interested to see what the dr says tomorrow at your appointment.

My daughter’s eczema has looked like that.

That isn't eczema. I would take Baby to a pediatrician immediately like tomorrow morning if it's possible

Doesnt look like eczema to me.... could be ringworm or Pityriasis. But I'm not a doctor.  Probably best to take him to a doctor.  Ringworm is fungal and needs to be treated.

I was worried it might be ringworm too based on the photo, but eczema does some crazy stuff. Hopefully your little one got some treatment to be more comfy!

Looks more like an allergic reaction. That’s what it looked like with my daughter n find out to be she was allergic to tree nuts peanuts and eggs
