I used to have 30 day cycles since I can remember.

Then 2019 happened and I had a positive opk on day 40 and af came day 54

I thought i had a pos opk on day 30 but I’m on day 50 and no period yet.

Nothing has changed with my life so I am not sure why.

I have a fertility apt the end of May and my pcp appointment showed I am in good health but obese, my thyroid and chemistries are good . My over weightness isn’t new.

I’ve been trying to diet, taking maçã and vitrex and started the Ava bracelet.

I have no diagnosis with anything...
