Sex while asleep

So I got a new bf, and we recently moved in together and come to find out..he sometimes wants to have sex while he’s sleeping. Girls. He is literally sleeping and I have to wake him up before he goes all the way. Has this ever happened to you or anyone you know?

(Note: he is completely unaware he does it and it doesn’t bother me just just curious)
