What would you do in this case?

Question

Sperm count 1.5 million, 1% morphology, 50% motility at levels 1-2 (out of 4). Normal volume and everything else. No female problems.

We needed donor speed due to male factor. So naturally wasn’t an option. 
Our donor had ‘perfect’ sperm and I have no issues. All 3 of our IUI’s failed. 
IVF worked first time.

We have male factor and did 5 IUIs all failed. First round of IVF with ICSI worked. And the second FET also worked.

My husband and I are in a similar boat (he has a triple defect meaning low count, poor motility and poor morphology) and my RE said the only way we were getting pregnant was with ICSI. Your husbands motility isn’t bad though so you can probably try IUI or just regular IVF.

We had MFI. Hubby had low count, motility and bad morphology. His count ranged anywhere from 115k to 11 mil. We did 7 IUIs and failed. We did IVF with ICSI and ended with 4 blasts. One of them is our 3 year old (from fresh cycle, pregnant first round ) and currently pregnant 31w4d with another one (frozen cycle).
