I accidently got pregnant

So ok I’m 14 and I did stuff with my BFFs brother and he doesn’t know bc he moved to Devon this is litrally 3 days before he moved we did things and those things were quite bad...... it got me pregnant I have had tests and I think I’m fit enough to be a mother bc I’m 14 and responsible mature so I should be able to cope but he is 15 and I’m 14 but my BFF doesn’t know she still lives a few streets away , her brother moved bc parents split up and I don’t know if I should tell her or not , she would probably get jealous that I lost my v*****ity before her and get upset over it

I could shift the blame and say it was a random boy I met on the street and we did stuff together or should I tell the truth?????

And should I get abortian? Please tell me what’s best
