Woke up with more bleeding :(

10 weeks. Last week I had some dark brown spotting. I went in for a scan and saw the baby and heard a nice strong heartbeat. The spotting stopped in a couple of days and I resumed my normal activities.

Yesterday I had an incident while shopping where I suddenly got very nauseous and light headed. I thought I was going to pass out and had to go sit down. I choked it up to a normal pregnancy thing.

This morning I woke up with pain in my side and darker bleeding. More than last week. They found an ovarian cyst at my 6 week scan when I was having similar side pain. I am wondering/hoping if that is what is causing my bleeding today, meaning it is just the cyst and baby is okay.

I will be calling the doctor as soon as they open. Prayers are appreciated!
